General information
- Non smoking apartments. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony or outside. Dogs are not allowed.
- Every other adult pays a surcharge of 40 €/day. Children from 3-11,9 years 20 €/day, 12-15.9 years 25 € and over 16 year 40 €.
- Children under 3 year don't pay in the low saison.
- Breakfast costs 14 €/adults and 9 € children 4-15 years.
- Prices shown 2024 attract a tourist tax of 3.10 € per person (aged 14 years and over) per day.
- Wellnes: Loungers with panoramic views, Hot hydro massage, Open -Finnish sauna.
- Service: included are complete bed linen, towels and tear-towels, every three days towel-change, if requested every seven days bed-linen change and bread service.
- Surcharges: The final cleaning costs 50-80 € to apartment.
Booking
- We ask you to send us a written confirmation per Email. There are no reductions in case of an early departure or late Arrival. We take a prepay "caparra" of 250-400€ for week.
- The "caparra" or 'deposit for confirmation' is a sum of money paid in advance by the guest. In the event of cancellation this sum of money can be retained by the hotelier as compensation.
Trip cancellation fees
If you would like to cancel your reservation, take a look at our cancellation policy:
-Within 30 days before departure: Confirmed flat price at 100%.
-In case of early departure or late arrival, the flat will be charged for the entire booked period.
-If you are unable to enter due to closed borders, you can cancel or postpone your holiday free of charge.
